Method
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Cut the ciabatta into slices and sprinkle with the garlic oil. Bake this in the oven for 5 minutes.
- Cut the mango and tomatoes into cubes and chop the red onion, basil and garlic. Toss this together in a large bowl.
- Season with white wine vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
- Spread the slices of bread with the mango and tomato mixture and top with the burrata. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the balsamic cream.
