Bruschetta with mango, tomatoes and burrata

Last Christmas we organized a walk with bites to eat with the family. We actually walked past the different houses where relatives lived and at each stop we were given delicious snacks. We made all of these ourselves. Me and Job took care of the starter and made three different snacks. One of them was this delicious bruschetta with mango, tomato and burrata. Not only is it delicious, but it is also beautiful to look at! Definitely one that you will get compliments on!

Bruschetta with mango, tomatoes and burrata

Ingrediënten
  

  • 1 ciabatta
  • garlic oil
  • 1 mango
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • basil
  • white wine vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • balsamic cream
  • 1 burrata

Instructies
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the ciabatta into slices and sprinkle with the garlic oil. Bake this in the oven for 5 minutes.
  • Cut the mango and tomatoes into cubes and chop the red onion, basil and garlic. Toss this together in a large bowl.
  • Season with white wine vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
  • Spread the slices of bread with the mango and tomato mixture and top with the burrata. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the balsamic cream.
