Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the ciabatta into slices and sprinkle with the garlic oil. Bake this in the oven for 5 minutes.
Cut the mango and tomatoes into cubes and chop the red onion, basil and garlic. Toss this together in a large bowl.
Season with white wine vinegar, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
Spread the slices of bread with the mango and tomato mixture and top with the burrata. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the balsamic cream.
